From the simple espresso, to the coffee granita, it is difficult (but not impossible) to find better than the Caffè Sant ‘Eustachio, located in a small square near the Pantheon, which dispenses her care for 72 years.
At peak hours, the coffee is packed with Italians and a few unsuspecting tourists. Coffee beans, selected by the owners, are all organic and fair trade.
