Aperitif in Rome

Aperitivo, the aperitif in Italy, is often served at a dinner. Many bars offer it between 6 pm and 10 pm. For a lump sum, you can have a drink and something to nibble (snack, toast, etc.), even sometimes you restore quite copiously with access to a buffet.
In recent years, spritz has become popular as an aperitif. This orange cocktail is based on campari (for the original version, the most bitter) or aperol (sweeter), supplemented with sparkling white wine, sparkling water and a slice of orange.
Some bars offer tempting charcuterie boards, cheeses, olives, and various sandwiches.
