Food markets in Rome
- Mercato Trionfale. Every day from 7am to 14h except Sunday, and until 19h on Tuesdays and Fridays, a large covered and cheap market, accessible from Via Andrea Doria, 41 and Via Tunisi, 50.
- Campo dei Fiori. A small tourist market, with fruit and vegetables, spices and flowers every morning on the square of Campo dei Fiori.Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 14 pm.
Campo dei Fiori market
- Mercato Latino, covered, open Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 14 pm, until 19:30 on Fridays and Saturdays.Close to the Re di Roma station, it’s in Piazza Epiro.
- Testaccio market. Mainly food, every day except Sunday, until 14 pm.Access via Franklin, via Manuzio, via Galvani et via Ghiberti.
- Mercato San Cosimato, Piazza San Cosimato, in Trastevere, every day except Sunday until 14h.Especially food, including fish, and meat dishes.
- Mercato Nuovo Esquilino. Previously Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, divided into a multi-ethnic food part, and a clothes part. Monday to Saturday until 14 pm. Via Filippo Turati, via Principe Amedeo 184.
- Mercato Nomentano. Food market from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 15 pm. Piazza Alessandria
Non-food markets in Rome
- Porta Portese Market, Piazza Porta Portese
It is the largest market of Rome, near the center: new and second-hand clothes, antiques, objects and accessories, plants, etc.

Small craft market, vintage clothes, local produce.Usually open Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 20 pm, via Leonina 46 (Hotel Palatino) - Via Sannio Market
In the district of San Giovanni, especially a well-stocked clothing market from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm. Via Sannio. - Mercato delle stampe, Piazza Borghese, daily from 10 am to 19 am. Closed in August, there are 16 small kiosks selling old books, postcards, watercolor drawings, objects, etc.

- Via Margutta: Near the Spanish Steps, antique shops, art galleries and prestigious boutiques.
- Many high street clothes shops are located on Via del Corso (between Piazza Venezia and Piazza del Popolo), of various qualities, such as Zara, H & M, Gap, including in the Alberto Sordi shopping center.
- Via Appia Nuova, beyond the Aurelian walls, just after the St. John Lateran Basilica.various high street shops.
- Shopping district Prati-Ottaviano, close to the Vatican and on Via Cola di Rienzo for the more luxurious, then towards metro Ottaviano, Via Candia, Via Leone IV, etc
- Via Nazionale : close to Termini Station and Piazza Repubblica.
